Our Chefs and Brew masters worked closely together to create a menu that pairs beautifully with our traditional selection of Crafted Lagers, Ales and others beers created right here on our Family’s Farm.

A Word from the Brewmaster
Our goal at Busch Family Brewing and Distilling is to source and incororate the best quality ingredients available and brew the best possible beer we can for you to enjoy. Our main focus will be on Traditional Ale’s and Lagers that have been brewed for hundreds of years. But that’s not to say that we will not be brewing some fun and interesting beers either. After all, drinking beer should be a fun experience shared with friends both old and new.
Lagers
Gussie – 4.9% ABV / 16.5 IBU
A Helles-style lager designed to bring classic German flavors on a craft scale.
Hazy IPA – 6.1% ABV / 27 IBU
A surprisingly crisp, super hazy IPA conditioned on copious amounts of Cashmere and Amarillo hops to bring intense notes of apricot, pine, with slightly floral notes.
Seltzer – 5.0% ABV / 0 IBU
Your choice of lime, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, peach, pomegranate, or blue raspberry. (Gluten Free)
Kolsch – 5.0% ABV / 22 IBU
A crisp German Ale spiced with noble hops.
Real American Lager – 3.8% ABV / 9 IBU
A classic American Light Lager brewed with corn.
Pale Ale – 5.5% ABV / 22 IBU
A medium bodied Pale Ale dry hopped with Amarillo and Alora hops.
American Amber – 5.3% ABV / 19 IBU
This easy drinking ale was built to mimic flavors of coffee and chocolate with a harmonious blend of roast and sweetness.
Adolphus – 5.0% ABV / 21 IBU
A crisp German Pilsner with mild spice notes and a dry finish.
American Lager – 5.0% ABV / 15 IBU
A crisp, clean lager utilizing the subtle sweetness of corn while bringing more body than the Real American Lager.
Rene's Red – 4.7% ABV / 23 IBU
A medium-bodied, subly sweet, malt-forward red ale.
Pog Blonde – 5.5% ABV / 11 IBU
A simple blonde ale generously fruited with passionfruit, orange, and guava for a tropical kick.
Vienna Lager – 5.5% ABV / 11 IBU
A clean Vienna-style Lager that boasts subtle sweetness and malty notes.
Ales
Rene Red - Irish Red Ale 4.6% 20 IBU
Leans towards a malty profile with a sweet toffee/caramel flavor that transitions into a roasty finish. The hop character is subdued to allow the malt to move forward.
American IPA 6.2% 45 IBU
Plenty of hop character starting with the distinctive flavors of stone fruit, melon, pineapple, strawberry, and citrus fruit. The malt profile is simple yet supportive of the hop flavors.
Blackberry Wheat Ale 4.8% ABV 20IBU
American wheat ale with blackberry puree added. Slightly sweet, slightly tart, and very delicious.
Juicy IPA 6.3% ABV 34IBU
An American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, smooth mouthfeel with an opaque yellow color that is slightly hazy. It has less perceived bitterness than a traditional IPA, but it is definitely hop forward.
Nitros
Her Magesty’s Gold - British Golden Ale 5% ABV 30 IBU
This is a beer that is golden in color and is hop forward. Her Magesty's Gold offers a drinkable and refreshing beer with an earthy hop profile. Lower in carbonation and higher in hop bitterness, this is a beer that takes characteristics from the lager and ale types of beer.
Irish Stout 3.2% ABV 25 IBU
A black beer with a pronounced roasted flavor. Chocolate and coffee flavors from the dark roasted malts, and a creamy texture from the Nitro pour are enhanced with a dry finish.
